Shipping Policy

We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, diplomatic pouch addresses, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Orders are packed by hand before they ship. At checkout you choose a shipping service. If it shows USPS's estimate of days in transit, that estimate counts from when your order ships.

Some items are packed from stock that is still on its way to us. Those items show a ship-by date before you pay. If your order shows a ship-by date, your whole order ships by that date.

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

To keep packages small and use less packaging, we may vacuum-pack soft items such as plush and blankets. They are not damaged by this and regain their shape once you open them.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim.
