Terms of Service

Magpie & Junebug is operated by Magpie & Junebug, LLC, PO Box 71, Higley, AZ 85236. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Returns, Damaged Items, and Privacy policies, and our Product, Authenticity & Safety Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

To keep packages small and use less packaging, we may vacuum-pack soft items such as plush and blankets. They are not damaged by this and regain their shape once you open them.

Cancellations and returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, and damaged items by our Damaged Items policy. In short: any order can be canceled for a full refund before it ships, but not after; a scoop can't be refunded once it ships unless it arrives damaged; there are no refunds on pre-packaged gift boxes except for damaged items; all other items may be returned within 30 days if unopened, subject to a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee is charged when the fault is ours, or when an order is canceled before it ships. Items that arrive damaged are covered by our Damaged Items policy.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

For each scoop you buy, we scoop beads. Each bead matches an item type on our bead board, and we choose an item of that type, guided by your theme and any preferences you give us. Contents vary with every order, and specific characters, colors, or items cannot be guaranteed. Every scoop contains at least the number of items stated on its product page.

Magpie & Junebug is an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a particular product or promotion, Magpie & Junebug is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trademark owner, copyright owner, character owner, manufacturer, or licensor. All trademarks, service marks, logos, character names, artwork, product names, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Product references are intended to identify and describe products offered for sale. A product's appearance on our website does not create or imply a sponsorship, partnership, agency relationship, endorsement, or authorization by any brand or intellectual-property owner.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
